Global IME Bank Ltd has signed an agreement for the acquisition of Pacific Development Bank. The agreement was signed by Global IME chairperson Chandra Prasad Dhakal and chairman of Pacific Development Bank.
Based in Lamjung, Pacific Development bank has been investing in and around Lamjung district. After the acquisition of the development bank with a capital of 110 million rupees, Global IME now has a capital of over 6 billion.
