The ambassador of Republic of Korea and Mrs Choe, Young-Jin hosted a reception to celebrate the Korean National Day on Monday at Kathmandu. Chief Guest of national day was vice president Permanand Jha.

Ministers, Members of Parliament, chief of Nepal Army, senior government officials, ambassadors, other diplomats, business communities and Korean nationals leaving in Kathmandu attended the reception.

Special band of Nepal Army played national anthem of Nepal and Republic of Korea and Korean Ambassador to Nepal Choe proposed a toast for long lasting friendship between the two countries.

Korean ambassador to Nepal Choe also inaugurated the 11the Korean Film Festival today at City center. Under Korea Week 2015, the 3^rd Korean speech Contest was also held.
