Deputy Prime Minister and Local Development Minister Prakashman Singh on Sunday said negotiations for a consensus would run along with the voting process to deliver a new constitution.

Addressing the 19th anniversary of Pokhara Sub-Metropolis, DPM Singh said there were no reasons for the opposition parties to be agitated with the formation of the Questionnaire Committee.

He said negotiations will run simultaneously for framing a new constitution in the spirit of consensus as the door on the prospect of agreement among the parties had not shut.
