The UN Secretary-General has condemned the suicide attack on 20 June in Kabul in a crowded area that killed and injured a number of Nepalese contractors, including diplomatic security guards, as well as Afghan civilians.

The Secretary-General has extended his condolences to the families of the victims and to the Governments of Afghanistan and Nepal. He called for those responsible for these indiscriminate attacks to be brought to justice.
