Telecommunications service provider Ncell Pvt Ltd has said it will start offering Google Nexus 5 exclusively to its corporate clients.

Google Nexus 5 is a smartphone from Google, manufactured by LG Electronics, and is yet to hit the Nepali market. Issuing a statement, Ncell said it will make the handsets available for its corporate clients under a 24-month corporate subscription contract, paying Rs 4,388 every month.

Under the contract, along with the Nexus 5 devices, customers will get Pro Premium plans, worth Rs 999, and 10 GB of data, which costs Rs 2,999 a month excluding taxes for 24 months.

“Nexus 5 is hailed as the best ever possible Android phone and its exclusivity makes it stand miles apart from other contemporary smartphones. Thus, this special offer provides the opportunity to our corporate customers to be trendy and further enhance their personality,” said Sanju Koirala, the corporate communications director of Ncell, in the statement.

Nexus 5 hit the global handset market in October 2013. The handset runs on the latest Android 4.4 ‘KitKat’ platform ‘which delivers a smarter and more immersive Android experience’, 4.9-inch HD SuperAmoled display, 2.2 GHz Quad-Core processor and 2 GB RAM. It has storage capacity of 16 GB and is powered by a 2,300 mAH battery that provides 17 hours of talk time, freeing customers from the worry of existing power problems, Ncell said.
