NIC-Asia signed an agreement with Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) for listing of 500,000 units of the “7.25% NIC Asia Bond 2077” of NPR 500 million.

The face value of the bond is Rs. 1,000 each. The bonds have been rated “LA-“ by ICRA Nepal Limited. The listing agreement was signed by  Sashin Joshi, Chief Executive Officer, of the Bank and Mr. Sitaram Thapaliya, General Manager, NEPSE.

According to a press release issued by NIC-Asia, of the 500,000 units of the bonds issued 400,000units were offered through Private Placement and 100,000 units were issued through a public offer. The bonds were oversubscribed within 4 days.
