The Constitutional Political Dialogue and Consensus Committee (CPDCC) chairman Baburam Bhattarai informed that all the disputed issues of the new constitution has been sent back to Constituent Assembly after major political parties failed to forge agreements on the issues.

Nepali Congress (NC) leader Purna Bahadur Khadaka read out the decision of the major political parties at the meeting held today which entrusted CPDCC chair Bhattarai to use his discretionary power.
