Nepal Chamber of Commerce seeks Indian investment

Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC) President Rajesh Kazi Shrestha has urged the Indian investors to invest in Nepal citing the improved investment climate of the country during the Industrial India Trade Fair that commenced from December 26 for 10 days

Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC) President Rajesh Kazi Shrestha has urged the Indian investors to invest in Nepal citing the improved investment climate of the country during the Industrial India Trade Fair that commenced from December 26 for 10 days in Kolkata, read the statement of NCC issued.

“Highlighting the lucrative investment areas in Nepal, Shrestha said that investors can reap benefits from energy and tourism sectors as well as through infrastructure development.”

NCC is participating in the trade fair that is being organized by the Bengal National Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Handicrafts, Pashmina, tea, metal and its products and Nepali garments are being showcased in the exhibition, as per the statement.

Traders from China, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, among other countries, are also participating in the trade fair.
