Minister for Industry Mahesh Basnet has stressed on the need to form a new government after January 22 on moral ground.

Addressing a two-day workshop of the Youth Association of Nepal (YAN) in the Capital, Minister Basnet who is also the chairman of YAN, said that new government was inevitable after January 22 whether the constitution was issued or not reports RSS.

The new government would be led by CPN-UML Chair KP Sharma Oli, he said.

The UML leader further said the federal provinces should be formed considering the communal harmony of the people of the mountain, the hill and the Tarai regions.
