Popular Indian actor Shah Rukh Khan has arrived here in the Capital to take part in a program.

Scores of fans cheered and welcomed him as Khan emerged from the International Terminal of Tribhuvan International Airport. The Bollywood star waved his hands to greet them in response before boarding a black car.

"Just landed in Kathmandu. Years ago I had come here...feels so pleasant and calm here.," he tweeted after touching down at the TIA this afternoon.
