Nepal’s Security Forces In Rescue Mission

Despite limited resources and equipments, Nepalese security forces Nepal Police, Nepal Armed Police under the command of Nepal Army has been launching rescue operation and distributing the relief materials to the needy people.

Despite limited resources and equipments, Nepalese security forces Nepal Police, Nepal Armed Police under the command of Nepal Army has been launching rescue operation and distributing the relief materials to the needy people.

According to the press release issued by Nepal Army, the army personals are active all over earthquake affected areas and making coordination with the rescue team from People’s Republic of China,  India , USA, British, Japan, Canada and others.

Nepal Army’s helicopters are carrying the injured people, and rescuing others. They also distributed necessary food, medicines and waters.

With the support from other friendly countries, Nepalese security personals including Nepal Armed Police and Nepal Police have already rescued dozens of people trapped in the wreckage of collapsed buildings.

Nepal Army’s rescue mission is now directed to the hills and remote parts of Nepal. Due to bad weather, rescue operation disturbed. Nepal Army is active continuous support in rescue and relief distribution work.

Most difficult is for Nepal Police which has very tough work. Along with maintaining the law and order, it is also active in rescue and rehabilitation. “This is our duty. We are able to maintain law and order and all necessary work,” said spokesperson of Nepal Police.
