Inspector General of Police Prakash Aryal released Traffic Audio and visual public awareness material amid a function to celebrate the fifth anniversary of Metro Traffic FM 95.6.

According to a press release issued by Nepal Police, IGP Aryal also handed over letter of appreciation to former Additional Inspector General of Police Bigyan Sharma and Deputy Inspector General of Police Dr. Rajib Subba for their contribution in establishing the FM Radio.

Addressing the program police chief Aryal stressed the need to work for road safety. He urged to make a master plan for transport management.  DIG and head of Traffic Police Division Mingmar Lama said Metro FM has been playing important role in reducing the road accident.
