The Embassy of Nepal in Beijing hosted a reception this evening to exchange greetings on the festive occasion of Dashain, Tihar and Chhath. Welcoming the guests, Ambassador Leela Mani Paudyal said that these festivals immensely contribute to greater social cohesion and harmony in Nepal and therefore have high social and cultural significance. He wished the Nepali community in China good health, happiness, and well-being. The event was attended by around 250 Nepali nationals living in Beijing and other cities of China.
