Chairs of the CPN-UML and CPN-Maoist Centre held talks today to take the party unification process to a conclusion.

In the meeting held at PM’s official residence, Baluwatar, Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chair KP Sharma Oli and CPN-Maoist Centre Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal met one-on-one for nearly two years and held serious discussion on the matter.

Both the parties held positive deliberations on the matter of party unification, said Chairman Dahal’s press coordinator Bishnu Sapkota. The two leaders are said to be making final efforts of late to conclude the unification process.
