Russian Centre of Science and Culture (RCSC) organised a talk program on “Potential Investment Kirov Region at Centre. Welcoming the program, Yuliya Androsova, director of RCC said that the centre will organise this kind of program once a month.

Nikolai Nagayev said that the region is perfect for any foreign investment since all kinds of infrastructures are available there.
