37 years old Debilal Khanal a resident of Debdaha Municipality-3 raped Twenty four years old girl in Butwal.
According to Nepal Police Central News Bulletin, Debilal Khanal raped a girl brutally at Downside garden of Forest. Khanal is in police custody and further investigation in underway.
