Police arrested a person on the charges of raping two girls in house a house taking hostage. Twenty five years old Hem Khatri, a resident of Kailali, took two girls in his rented room in Kirtipur and raped them repeatedly in hostage.
According to police, Khatri lured two girls from Imadol four days ago and place them in captive.
