Police Chandrapur Municipality Arrested Tej Bahadur Khadka,45, on the alleged charge of a raping 32 years of old woman.
According to a Central News Bulletin of Nepal Police, Khadka was arrested by people while he was raping a beggar women with mental problems in nearby temple.
