CG Learning presents The Business Boot Camp 2017, a fully funded 4 days residential program for high school and bachelor students concluded recently. Fourteen applications with 14 ideas were selected for the boot camp among which 4 ideas in 4 teams were booted.

Arun Chaudhary joined The Business Boot Camp as a keynote speaker on the first day and Saurabh Jyoti, Director of Jyoti Group, Mithlesh Kumar Jha, General Manager of CG Holdings joined as a guest speaker on the following days respectively.

A social entrepreneur, Hempal Shrestha and Anjan Kumar Dahal, corporate and FDI lawyer provided mentorship sessions to these ideas. Moreover, the participants were trained on brainstorming, writing business ideas, pitching, presenting ideas along with the guest speaker and mentorship session with the essence of leadership and personal development.

The four ideas selected were diverse and equally innovative. The four ideas were Himalayan Sanitary Napkins- producing low-cost sanitary pads in Nepal which is affordable to women of rural areas, Bars Prefab Panel- producing low-cost prefab panels as an alternative of bricks in urban and rural areas of Nepal, Express-“Come Hungry, Leave Happy” which is a mobile fast food chain providing clean and healthy fast food to local people and tourist,  Avo-Gon- a social enterprise based on production of avocado and dragon fruit by integrating marginalized farmers.

These 4 ideas will be now selected for the further incubation which will be funded CG Holding, the angel investment of Arun Chaudhary, Managing Director of CG Holdings.
