Police in Jhapa said it had arrested the 40-year-old man Madan Bharati, who allegedly raped a 53 year old woman in Jhapa district. The police disclosed this yesterday.
According to Nepal Police Central News Bulletin, Bharati was drunk and raped a woman near to his house. Police of Stighatta Station arrested him on the basis of a complaint. Further investigation is underway.
