Police arrested Samir Pulami, 30, of Chireswornath Municipality-3 of Dhanusha from Kathmandu’s on charges of attempting rape. According to Area Police Office Kalimati, he made an attempt to rape a 14 years old girl while she was alone in the room.
Further investigation is underway.
