A Cyclonic Circulation is over Odisha and upper air trough is extending up to eastern parts of Bihar and adjoining Sub Himalayan West Bengal across Jharkhand. Due to this system, Meteorological Forecasting Division predicted partly to generally cloudy throughout the country.

According to report, light rain is likely to occur at a few places of the eastern and central regions and at one or two places of the western hilly region.
