In its attempt to curb the spread of the coronavirus, Nepal moved to stop all travel within the country from today. Even the district administration has announced to stop the vehicle mobility between the two districts.

Nepal’s travel ban was announced as all non-essential businesses including long route buses clothing and furniture makers were ordered to close to prevent spread of COVID-19.

This will apply for few more weeks. According to Department of Transport Management, they order to stop the mobility between the districts. However, the mobility within the district will continue.

More than a million people have already left the capital till Sunday
