Although many talk a lot about different armies of the world, the Japanese Self -Defense Force helped Nepalese quake victims quietly
Known for their expertise on earthquake rescue and relief, Japanese Self Defense Force came to Nepal just a day after the major earthquake hitit on April 25.
After serving more than three weeks, treating hundreds of needy Nepalese quake victims, Japanese Self Defense Force closed its mission including the health camp opened to treat the Nepalese.
Minister of Health and Population Khaga Raj Adhikari and Japanese ambassador to Nepal Masashi Ogawa took part in the closing ceremony of Japan Self Defense Forces Disaster Relief Team.
High Nepalese Army officials were also present on the occasion. During their stay in Nepal, Japanese medical teams provided high class medical treatment to the victims of earthquake from different parts of Nepal.
