CG Foods and Glocal Pvt. Ltd. signed an agreement to move together with continuing the initiation of Glocal Teen Hero as Wai Wai Glocal Teen Hero 2018 amidst a MoU signing function held on 22^nd May, 2018 in Kathmandu.

Speaking amidst the program, G.P. Sah, CEO, CG Foods at Chaudhary Group said that they are glad to continue collaborative hand to appreciate, recognize the glory, support system for teenagers who are contributing to bring out positive change with an impact. With an aspiration of taking the collaboration in long term we have now stepped up for third year of partnership. We take this as an opportunity to inform the general public that we are doing something from our part for social cause by supporting the teenagers.

According to a press release issued by Glocal, Asish Thakur, Executive Director at Glocal Pvt. Ltd shared that they are glad to be associated to a renowned brand like Wai Wai to continue the legacy. Partnership with CG Foods has been an addition of a brick towards reaching our goal and since last three innings we have been successful in what we are doing. With our effort for teenagers, this year we come up with much more wider spectrum for the teenagers through Wai Wai Glocal Teen Hero, said Thakur.

Glocal Teen Hero is an initiation by Glocal Khabar (a concern of Glocal Pvt. Ltd.) to bring out the teenagers who are doing something from the shadows and create a ripple effect of motivation and impart a message that a lot can be done by anyone and also to appreciate and recognize the teenagers. It is a platform for teenagers to share their initiation, creativity and enthusiasm which will then motivate them and more of the other teenagers in our country to develop an entrepreneurial thinking.

The phenomenal response of first, second & third edition has fuelled the vision of Glocal Teen Hero further to motivate and empower more & more teenagers, with a platform that provides them a national recognition for their achievement, initiation and activities.

Therefore, with added impetus, the fourth edition of Wai Wai Glocal Teen Hero will be open for all the national teenagers from May.
