With the agreement between Nepal Government and German Based NGOs, a Russia-manufactured plane  to take stock of the level of Air pollution of Kathmandu Valley and other parts of Nepal. The place which can fly at the height of 70, 000 feet, can collect the data of small particles of the air.

M-55 Mayasischev Russia-manufactured aircraft has flown to Kathmandu from Germany.  This plane is well-equipped with weather and pollution control equipments. According to the official at Ministry of Environment, the plane will monitor weather and level of pollution of Nepal.  

The data collected by the aircraft will give clear picture about the air pollution of Kathmandu and rest of Nepal including the weather pattern and temperature at certain heights.
